The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has begun the registration process for the Class 12 public exams scheduled for October-November 2025. Students appearing for the NIOS 12th exams must pay the examination fees through the official website – nios.ac.in. For registered learners of April/May 2025, the exam fee payment window was open from July 15 to 28, 2025, without any late fee. They could also pay the fee with a late charge of ₹150 per subject from July 29 to August 4, 2025. Additionally, with a consolidated late fee of ₹1,600 per learner, payment could be made between August 5 and August 11, 2025. Students enrolled under Stream 1, Block II could register for the October 2025 exams without a late fee from May 24 to June 23, 2025. A consolidated late fee of ₹1,600 per learner was applicable for registrations between July 4 and July 13, 2025.
