The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) is a state-level law entrance exam conducted annually for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses offered at participating colleges. AP LAWCET is conducted online for a duration of 90 minutes and comprises objective-type questions on General Knowledge, Mental Ability, Current Affairs, and Aptitude for the Study of Law.

About AP LAWCET 2025

AP LAWCET 2025 counselling process has started from September 8, 2025. Those who cleared the entrance test can participate in the counselling process. The last date to register for AP LAWCET was extended to September 19, 2025. The window to exercise web options was also revised and was available from September 12 to 19, 2025. You could edit AP LAWCET web options on September 20, 2025. The round 1 seat allotment now will be released on September 25, 2025. Earlier, the AP LAWCET 2025 was conducted on June 5, 2025, and the result was issued on June 19, 2025.

The total mark in the entrance test is 120. To qualify for the exam, you (those from the General Category) need to secure 42 out of 120.
