About NBSE HSLC 2025

The Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE) has officially announced the much-awaited HSLC (Class 10) result for 2025. According to the board’s notification, the Nagaland Board Results 2025 will be declared on April 25, 2025, in the afternoon. Students who appeared for the Nagaland class 10th examination can download their mark sheet at nbsenl.edu.in. The result released will contain marks scored by the candidates in the HSLC examination.
Nagaland Board of School Education is responsible for creating the syllabus and blueprint for the different subjects included in the curriculum in class 10th. The class 10th exams in Nagaland are known as HSLC exams. According to the curriculum, there are 5 major subjects included in the syllabus along with two additional subjects. There is a list of subjects that the students can choose according to their interests and appear for the board exams accordingly. 100 marks are allotted for every subject included in the curriculum which are further divided into theory and internal assessment papers. Students must download the latest curriculum to prepare well for the exams. To revise for the exams, they can download the question banks available online.

The Nagaland Class 10 Exams 2026 will be conducted in February 2026. The Nagaland Board exams for Class 10th are held every year by the Nagaland Board of Secondary Education.  Students can refer to the NBSE HSLC Routine 2026 from the table given below:

Note- The exams for NBSE HSLC 2026 will take place from 9 AM to 12 Non, providing students a three- hour window to complete their exams each day. The NBSE board has also specified that students should reach the exam centre by 8:30 AM to avoid any last-minute hassles.

NBSE HSLC Syllabus 2026

The syllabus is uploaded on the official website of the Nagaland Board of School Education to be downloaded in a PDF format. Check the following procedure to download the successfully:

• Step 2: Click on the option called Information present on the menu bar.
• Step 3: A drop-down menu will open on your screen where you have to click on the option called Curriculum & Syllabus under the Board Information section.

NBSE HSLC Sample Paper 2026

Nagaland Board of School Education releases the sample papers for all subjects. The students can visit the official website and download the Nagaland HSLC Question Paper for all subjects. NBSE HSLC Preparation Tips 2026

There are a lot of preparation tips and tricks that will be helpful for the people preparing for the exam. Check out some of the important tips and tricks given below:

• Students must enter the examination center at least half an hour before the exam and avoid getting late. Sometimes it is really hard to find the exact examination hall and even your seats so make sure that you take time in the buffer.
• Students will be provided 15 minutes to read the question paper so in those 15 minutes it is important to understand the format of the question papers. Also, make sure that you are reading the instructions printed at the front of the question paper.
• Students have to make sure that they are practicing the previously asked question papers by downloading them from the official website of the Nagaland Board of School Education.
• Keep your goal clear and also work efficiently yet not stress.
• Give importance to the diagrams and the maps that will be coming in the board exams. We often ignore the maps and diagrams but they are a great way to achieve some extra marks.

NBSE HSLC Result 2026

NBSE HSLC Result 2026 will be declared by the board in May 2026. The Nagaland board will release the result online. By visiting the official website, students can enter the login credentials and check the result. While chekcing online, you will be able to check the marks achieved in each subject, roll number, name, qualifying status and more important details. In case students are unsatisfied with the result, they can apply for the scrutiny of their marks. Within a few days, the board will provide the revised result online.

NBSE HSLC Compartment Result 2026

After the conclusion of the compartment exams, NBSE will publish the NBSE HSLC Compartment Exam Result 2026 in August 2026. Students can easily check the results by visiting the official website of the Nagaland Board of School Education with the help of their roll number. The minimum passing marks for the initial board exams and the compartment exams are very similar. Students are required to score a minimum of 33% marks in every subject included in the curriculum to be declared eligible for the passing certificate. The compartment marksheet will be distributed among the students after a week of the result declaration.

NBSE HSLC Toppers 2026

After the release of the NBSE HSLC result 2026, the Nagaland board will release the list of Nagaland HSLC Toppers . The list of toppers will include the names of toppers alongwith the marks scored by them. The students with the highest marks will be able to check their names in the list.
