• In columns no. 1 to 12, details to be filled/ticked should match exactly with the ones appearing in your Registration Card.
• In column no. 13, you need to fill in details as applicable.

If you fail to achieve the minimum passing marks in the initial exams, then you have the option to appear for the compartment exams according to JAC. The compartment exam registration form will also be filled out through the respective school premises, just like the main exam form. JAC Class 12 Compartment Registration Form Guidelines

You must follow the following guidelines while filling out the JAC Class 12 Compartment Registration Form:

• Candidates who have appeared and passed in the Examination Year 2025 can only appear as “IMPROVEMENT/QUALIFYING”.
• Candidates appearing as “IMPROVEMENT” can apply in one / multiple / all subjects.
• Candidates appearing as “QUALIFYING” can apply for an additional subject only.
• In columns no. 1 to 11, 19 & 20, details to be filled/ticked should match exactly with the ones appearing in your Registration/Admission Card.
• In columns no. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 & 21, you must fill in details as applicable.
