Dear Student, 

Some of the courses that you can pursue after qualifying your 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology which can get you government jobs, are BSc Nursing, BPharma, BSc, or BA, etc. There is no educational stream bar for the government posts. You can apply for the SSC, UPSC, State Commission exam to get a goernment job. However, you have to appear  for the exam and qualify for the exam to get the government job. Some of the popular jobs after 12th in PCB are  Medical Doctor (MBBS), Dentistry (BDS), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Nursing (B.Sc Nursing), and various other healthcare professions like Physiotherapy and Biotechnology.
