About XGMT Notification 2026

The XIM University, Bhubaneswar, has published the XGMT exam 2026 notification in September 2025. Under the notification, students can find the XGMT 2026 exam centres, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, important dates, etc. The XGMT 2026 examination will be conducted on January 25, 2026, Sunday. Students will be able to download the XGMT 2026 admit card from January 20, 2026, onwards.

The XGMT 2026 registration began on August 26, 2025, and the last date to submit the XGMT 2026 application form is December 10, 2025. X-GMT Notification 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the X-GMT exam 2026, candidates must have a thorough understanding of the eligibility criteria to know whether they will be able to sit for the exam or not. Here are the eligibility criteria for the XGMT 2026:

Academic Qualification 

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university.
  • At least 55% aggregate in a bachelor’s degree is required for all MBA programmes.
  • At least 60% aggregate in a bachelor’s degree is mandatory for the Master of Business Finance (MBF) course. 
  • Final year graduation students may also apply for the XGMT exam 2026, provided they complete their degree by the stipulated deadline, generally mid-June of the respective year. 

Additional Criteria

  • No Maximum Age Limit: There are no age restrictions for appearing at the XGMT exam.
  • No Prior Work Experience Required: Work experience is not compulsory to sit for the XGMT 2026 exam.

XGMT 2026: Registration Process

Eligible candidates for the XGMT 2026 have to register online through the official website of the XIM University. You can complete the registration process using the simple steps provided below:

  1. Open the official website of the XIM University.
  2. Click on the registration link and enter a valid email ID and mobile number.
  3. A verification link will be sent by the authority to your registered email ID. By clicking on the link you have to verify your email address.
  4. Fill in the application form with correct personal, academic and contact information.
  5. Choose the programme you intend to take admission.
  6. Select your preferred exam centre on the online application form.
  7. Scan and upload the essential documents along with the latest passport-size photo.
  8. Pay the application fee online.
  9. Check all the details entered before submitting the application form.

After the completion of the registration process, each student will get an application number for the XGMT 2026 on their registered email ID. Candidates will require this application number and password generated during registration in further activities related to the XGMT 2026.

Essential Documents for XGMT 2026 Application

  • Class X, XII and graduation mark sheets or certificates.
  • A valid photo identity proof.
  • Photograph and signature digitally scanned in JPEG format. The maximum size for both should be less than 50 kb.
  • Work experience document, if applicable.
  • Other relevant documents for the XGMT 2026, as mentioned on the University website or information brochure. 

Exam Pattern of XGMT 2026

  • XGMT 2026 will be an online computer-based exam of duration minutes.
  • The medium of instruction of the XGMT 2026 is English.
  • The XGMT question paper will have multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided into 4 sections, such as Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning (VA & LR), Data Interpretation (DI) and Emotional Quotient & General Awareness (EQ & GA).  
  • During the exam, the four sections will appear in a random sequence with sectional time limits. So, candidates should finish each section at a specific time. If a section is completed before time, a candidate should wait for the next section to appear and cannot return to the previous section. 
  • For each correct answer, three marks will be given and every wrong answer will lead to a deduction of one mark.
