Exam Day Guidelines for PAU CET Exam

Students should follow the instructions below during the PAU CET exam: 

  • Make sure you arrive at the exam centre mentioned on your Admit Card by exactly 9:00 A.M. on the day of the test. Students won't be allowed inside if they don't have their Admit Card and their original photo ID.
  • All exams will begin at 10:00 A.M. on the scheduled days. Students must be at the exam centre by 9:00 A.M. sharp. If you arrive after 10:15 A.M., you will not be allowed to enter, no matter the reason.
  • To get into the exam centre, students need to show your Admit Card and your original photo ID to the staff. Acceptable IDs are your Aadhaar Card, Driver's License, PAN Card, Voter Card, or Passport. Photocopies or scanned copies of your ID will not be accepted.
  • Students will only be allowed to take the exam after the centre staff checks their Admit Card and original ID to make sure everything matches.
  • Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, buttonhole cameras, calculators, any kind of electronic devices, books, notebooks, digital pens, digital watches, or any other papers or materials into the exam hall. There is no place to keep your personal belongings outside the exam hall, and the University is not responsible if anything gets lost. Students cannot wear belts, bracelets, goggles, or caps while taking the exam.
  • If you cause any kind of trouble during the exam, misbehave in or around the exam centre, or change your assigned seat, you will be expelled.
  • If the person in charge of the centre (Superintendent, Coordinator, or Controller of Examinations) decides to expel you, that decision cannot be changed.
  • If you put any identifying marks on your OMR answer sheet, it will be cancelled. The Controller of Examinations will make the final decision on this.
  • Students with disabilities will get an extra 20 minutes per hour for the exam, according to the rules. They need to request this when they apply for the exam and attach a disability certificate from the right authority.
