The online registration document uploading & fee payment portal has been closed for the Gujarat PGCET 2025 exam on June 18, 2025. The ACPC started the Gujarat PGCET 2025 registration process on June 3, 2025, in online mode only at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. The Gujarat PGCET registration 2025 window was open for Non-GATE/ Non-GPAT students who want ME/MTech admission in Gujarat. Before proceeding with the Gujarat PGCET registration, you must go through the Gujarat PGCET 2025 eligibility criteria. The Gujarat PGCET application process includes registration, filling out the form, uploading a photograph, and filling out the B.E./B. Tech details and uploading certificates, course selection, certificate uploading, and fee payment. The Gujarat PGCET application fees 2025 are INR 1000/- per specialization, which is non-refundable. Gujarat PGCET 2025 exam will be held on July 5 and 6, 2025. 

The Gujarat PGCET application form 2025 can be filled in online mode only. If you do not have internet access, you can visit the Cyber Space Centers designated by the admission committee without paying any charges. To be eligible for Gujarat PGCET 2025, you must have a valid bachelor's degree in engineering with the required percentage. You can appear for multiple tests for admission in various disciplines. However, you have to apply for each discipline and appear for a separate examination for each discipline.

Steps to Fill Gujarat PGCET Application Form 2025

Gujarat PGCET 2025 registration are ongoing. Check the following step-by-step procedure to apply for the GUJARAT PGCET examination: 

Step 1: Complete Registration 

Visit the Gujarat PGCET 2025 official website and click on the Common Registration Link. You can also get the direct link to apply for Gujarat PGCET 2025 exam from above. Students will need a user ID and a 14-digit PIN to log in and complete the application procedure. Pin cover can be purchased from an ICICI bank branch which will contain a user ID and 14-digit PIN. The fee to purchase a pin cover is Rs. 500. To register for the first time, the student must click the New Users button. A New Registration window will appear on the screen. Students can now select the course name for options like M.E. /M. Tech. or M. Pharm. 

Now, Enter the User ID and 14-digit PIN and click the SUBMIT button. User ID and 14-digit PIN are used to log in to the ACPC website and apply. The online Registration Form window will now appear on the screen. 

Step 2: Fill out the application form

 Online Registration Form contains the following entities to be filled by the applicant:

• Personal details 

• The choice for PGCET Center

• A recent passport size photograph. The image format for upload is 20 kb size in jpg/png/BMP. 

Once the choice of examination centre is selected, the student will have to generate a password. User ID, PIN, and password is used for future login. 

Step 3: Uploading the Photograph:

Applicants must upload a current, color passport-sized photo in jpg, png, or bmp format, along with a birth certificate that is no more than 20 kilobytes.

Step 4: Complete the B.E./B.Tech information and upload the certificates

Students must provide information regarding their B.Tech courses, including their college data and passing status.

Step 5: Choose the Course You're Applying For

Students must now choose the course for which they want to apply under Gujarat PGCET 2025. The course needs to be chosen with the B.E./B.Tech specialty in mind.

Step 6: Uploading Certificates

Students must upload their B.E. or B.Tech certificates in addition to any other relevant papers, such as SC/ST/PwD certifications. GATE scorecards must be uploaded by students via the GATE application process.

Step 7: Pay the Fees

In the last step, students have to pay the Gujarat PGCET application fees 2025 which are non-refundable. The Gujarat PGCET 2025 registration fees can be paid in online mode only via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Students can apply for multiple disciplines by selecting from the available options. The registration fee is Rs. 1000/- for each discipline applied. If you apply for two disciplines, the registration fee shall be Rs. 2000/-, and then a multiple of Rs. 1000/-. Click the student profile shown under Available Services in the left section of the screen below to print the registration slip.

List of Documents to be Uploaded in the Gujarat PGCET 2025 Application Form

You need to upload the following list of documents (if required) in their Gujarat PGCET application form 2025.

• Mark sheet for qualifying examination or final year grade statement
• Birth Certificate/Class 10 Certificate/School leaving certificate/Transfer certificate
• Certificate of caste, if relevant
• GATE scorecard
• Document certified by the Sainik Welfare Board Director (for applicants applying under the Ex-Serviceman category)
• PwD Certificate or Documents attesting to the student's physical impairment
• A copy of the in-serviceman's certificate, if appropriate, as issued by the commanding officer of the unit in which they are serving
