FTII JET 2025 Eligibility Criteria: The conducting institute of FTII JET 2025 exam has shared a notification containing details on age limit, academic qualification, and other parameters that a student needs to qualify to apply for the entrance. According to FTII JET eligiblity 2025, for most PG Diploma and certificate courses, students must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The degree can be in any stream unless a specific educational background is mentioned for a particular course. For certain specialized courses, such as Art Direction & Production Design, a relevant academic background may be required to give FTII JET 2025 exam.
FTII JET 2025 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune & Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata. The exam is conducted for admission to postgraduate & post-graduate diploma courses offered at FTII and SRFTI universities. Per the official schedule, FTII JET 2025 application form has been released, and the deadline to apply is July 11, 2025. The eligibility criteria of FTII JET are decided by the conducting body of the examination i.e Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) & Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI).
To be eligible for a 2 Year Post-Graduate Diploma Program, Candidates must be Graduated in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent (The candidates who have not received their graduation degree before the application date need to submit the same before the date of admission).
To be eligible for a 3 Year Post-Graduate Diploma Program, Candidates must have been Graduated in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent (The candidates who have not received their graduation degree before the application date need to submit the same before the date of admission). Whereas, For Art Direction and Production Design, Bachelor’s Degree in either Applied Arts, Painting, Architecture, Sculpture, Interior Design or related fields in Fine Arts or equivalent diploma from a recognized institute is required.
