Following the release of results, FRI Entrance Exam 2025 Counselling will be held from July 07, 2025, onwards. The institute conducts two rounds of counselling - first on July 07, followed by a second session on July 10, 2025. The FRI Entrance Exam is a test conducted by the Forest Research Institute (Deemed University), Dehradun. It is held every year for students who want to take admission in M.Sc. courses offered by the institute. The exam helps FRI select students based on their knowledge and understanding of science, reasoning, general awareness, and English. It is an important step for those who wish to study forestry, environment, and related fields at FRI Dehradun.

FRI Entrance Exam 2025 results will be announced on the official website by the third week of June 2025. Students can check their scores online by visiting the website and entering their details. After the results are declared, FRI Dehradun will prepare merit lists for each course. These lists rank students based on their exam scores. There will also be waiting lists for students who may get a chance if seats become available later. Admissions at Forest Research Institute FRI Dehradun will be offered to candidates in order of their rank on the merit list. FRI Entrance Exam Counselling 2025 will begin after the results are announced. Students who qualify the exam will be called for counselling based on their rank in FRI entrance exam 2025 merit list. FRI Dehradun first round of counselling will take place on July 07, 2025. If any seats are left after the first round, a second counselling round will be held on July 10, 2025. During FRI Entrance Exam 2025 counselling, students must bring their original documents for verification.

Per the official bulletin, all selected students must report to the counselling hall by 9:00 AM sharp. Each name will be announced three times. If a student is not present when their name is called, their seat will be given to the next person on the list. If the fee is not paid on time, the seat will be offered to someone else.

The application process for FRI Entrance Exam 2025 has now ended. Students could download FRI Entrance Exam 2025 Application Form from the official website www.fridu.edu.in. They had to fill out the form carefully and send it along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1500 (for each course applying for). Application forms for FRI Entrance Exam 2025 were available from February 10 to March 10, 2025, at the university office counter or the Union Bank of India, FRI Branch, Dehradun. Students had to submit their forms last by March 31, 2025.
