CIPET JEE Counselling Process 2025

The Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) will commence the CIPET JEE Counselling process 2025 tentatively in July. The counselling process is conducted to determine the admission of students to various courses based on merit. Candidates who pass the CIPET JEE exam are eligible to participate in the CIPET JEE 2025 counselling process. CIPET JEE counselling is conducted as per the merit list which is prepared based on the candidates’ marks in their class Xth, XIIth, and CIPET JEE exams. 

Document verification and choice filling are part of the counselling process. The documents like the application confirmation page, admission card, educational documents (mark sheets), etc are required for the document verification round.  Candidates must provide the original documents as specified for the document verification procedure. 

Candidates must download the counselling letter and come to the designated location for option filling and document verification. Seat allocation will be done on the basis of merit, preferred option, seat availability, and so on. Following a successful competition of the CIPET JEE 2025 counselling round, candidates will be issued an admission confirmation letter and they will need to report to the designated college at the scheduled time.

CIPET JEE 2025 Detailed Counselling Process

Step 1 - Registering for CIPET JEE counselling

• Click in the link provided here - https://eadmission.cipet.gov.in to go to the official website of CIPET

• Register yourself for the CIPET JEE counselling process with your basic personal details 

• After successfully registering for CIPET JEE counselling, click on the CIPET JEE seat allotment link which is the second part of the process

Step 2 - Filling up of Choices and Locking of Choices

• Choose your preferred colleges and the course/s you wish to join

• After entering your college and course choices, click on the “Submit” button

• No editing or modification is allowed in the choices provided after clicking on the “Submit” tab

Step 3 - Result of Seat Allotment

• Go to the official website of CIPET on the date of seat allotment result declaration

• Check if any seat has been allotted against your name and candidate ID

• Go to your personal email id to see if you have received any seat allotment letters. If yes, download the same 

• Seat allocation is done based on marks obtained by the candidates and choices filled by them

Step 4 - Report to the College Allocated

• Once you have been allocated a seat in for say institute “A”, you have to visit institute “A” along with your important documents and certificates for the final admission process

• Deposit the admission fee at the counselling cum admission counter and confirm your availability for the seat allocated to you 

• Collect the admission fee submission slip for future reference

Documents Required During the CIPET JEE Counselling Process 2025

Here is a list of those documents which the candidates have to carry with them to the counselling venue or the reporting institute  - 

• A photocopy of the CIPET JEE 2025 admit card 

• Letter of counselling and its copy

• Recent passport-sized photograph (4 x No.s)

• Class Xth certificate (2 x copies)

• Class XIIth certificate (2 x copies)

• Rank card

• Original/provisional certificate (if applicable)

• Bank draft

• Certificate of category signed by a competent authority

• A certificate stating the medical condition of the candidates
