CA Final 2025 Application Form: The CA Final online exam form was available for submission from July 5. The deadline for submission of online examination application forms without a late fee was July 18, and July 21 with a late fee.

Students who wanted to make changes in the CA Final exam form could do so between July 22 and July 24. Earlier, the registration for the September 2025 ended on May 1. After registering for the CA Final, students will also have to fill in the exam form for the session in which they wish to appear.

• The photo should be recent and clicked against a white background.
• The photo must be clear.
• You cannot wear goggles and caps in the photograph.
• Religious headgears are allowed but should not cover the face.
• Photo with spectacles will be accepted.
• If using flash while taking the picture make sure that there is no “red-eye”.
• The format and dimensions should be in jpg/ jpeg format and within 20-50 KB.

• The signature should be on a white sheet with a black pen.
• The format should be jpg/ jpeg and the file size must be between 10-20 KB.

ICAI opens a correction window for students to correct their mistakes in the CA Final application form. When the correction window opens, you can edit information such as medium, group, centre, zone, syllabus, elective papers, etc. When the correction window opens, follow the steps given below to understand how to use the correction window:

• Go to the official ICAI exam website on your desktop; icaiexam.icai.org.
• Log in using your credentials and access your dashboard.
• Edit the details in your CA Final application form after carefully reviewing all information.
• Attach the previously prepared application.
• Submit the application form.

Important Guidelines to Fill CA Final 2025 Application Form

The important guidelines for filling out the CA Final 2025 application form have been discussed below:

• You need to provide all valid details and fill in every mandatory field. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
• Fee payment needs to be conducted through Visa/ Master/ Maestro/ Credit/ Debit Card.
• After fee payment, candidates must download the duly filled form and take a printout of the same.
• If the uploaded image does not appear on the printout of the application form, candidates can attach two latest photographs (passport size- 3.5X4.5 cm), one attested and one non-attested.
• If the signature is not provided on the CA Final exam application form, then the candidate must sign at specified places and get it countersigned by a parent/ guardian at the specified place (in any case).
• The ICAI CA Final application form needs to be attested by a Chartered Accountant or a Gazetted Officer or Principal of the School/ College.
• You can change or upload your photograph and signature before submitting the exam form or during the form correction window. 
• Examinees whose CA Final articleship status is in pending mode due to documentation must update the status on SSP before filling the exam form.
