AUEET Exam Pattern for 2025 consists of three papers: Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, with a total of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The distribution of questions is 40 in Maths, 30 in Physics, and 30 in Chemistry, totaling 100 marks. The marks assigned per subject are 40 for Maths, 30 for Physics, and 30 for Chemistry. As per the AUEET exam pattern 2025, the marking scheme awards +1 mark for each correct answer, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The AUEET Physics syllabus has been divided into 30 sections Physics World, Units and Measurement, Laws of Motion, Electrostatics, Electromagnetic Wave, Electromagnetism, Oscillation, Gravitation, etc. which has been further divided into subtopics.
The AUEET Chemistry syllabus has been divided into 22 topics: Atomics Structure, States of Matter, Stoichiometry, Thermodynamics, Chemical Equilibrium and Acid Bases, Hydrogen & Its Compounds, etc.
The AUEET Maths syllabus has been divided into six topics which have been divided into further subtopics. The topics include Algebra, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Measures of Dispersion and Probability, Coordinate Geometry, Cand alculus.
