AP EAMCET 2026 Exam Pattern

As per the latest AP EAMCET exam pattern, the APEEAMCET 2026 exam will be conducted for 3  hours. The engineering exam will be conducted for three subjects: Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. The mathematics section will comprise 80 questions, the physics section will have 40 questions, and the chemistry section will have 40 questions. A total of 160 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) hold a weight of 1 mark for the correct answers; however, no marks will be deducted for the incorrect answer as the AP EAMCET 2026 exam does not follow any negative marking scheme. The exam pattern for the engineering stream of AP EAMCET 2026 is as follows -

• AP EAMCET will be conducted in an online (Computer Based) mode

• The entrance exam will have multiple types of questions, wherein candidates will have to choose one correct answer from the four alternative options

• The question paper will consist of 160 questions in total

• The question paper will be held in English and Telugu language only

• AP EAMCET will have 80 questions from Mathematics, 40 questions from Physics and 40 questions from Chemistry

In the AP EAMCET 2026 entrance exam, candidates will earn 1 mark for each right answer and won't face any deductions for wrong answers. If a candidate selects two options for a question, it will be marked as incorrect. Additionally, no points will be given if a question is left unanswered or left blank. • For each correct response, 1 mark will be awarded to the candidates.

• Negative marking is not applicable in the entrance exam.

• The instructions for the exam will be displayed on the screen. 
• Click 'Next' after reading the instructions. 
• Specific exam instructions will be shown. 
• Click on the disclaimer box and then click on 'I am ready to Log in'.

• As the online AP EAMCET 2026 exam will start now, you can choose to answer questions from Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry depending on your convenience.
• Questions from the selected section will appear on the screen. 
• Select the correct answer from the available options by clicking on the circle. 
• Click on 'Save and Next' to save your answer. 
• Once the exam time is over, your answers will be submitted automatically.
• The exam summary will be displayed, and you will need to click on 'Yes'.
