AIIMS MSc Nursing Basic Registration
Candidates must visit the AIIMS Exams portal and fill out the basic PAAR registration form from April 8. They should upload a photo, ID proof, and personal details. The last date to register is May 7, 2025, by 5 PM.
Correction Window Opens for Rejected Applications
Students whose basic registration is rejected can edit their details between May 9 and May 12, 2025. They must log in, make corrections carefully, and check their status again later.
Check Final Status and Complete Final Registration
AIIMS will release the final status on May 14, 2025. Accepted candidates must generate a code and finish the final registration by May 15, 2025, including fee payment and city selection.
Upload Required Documents
All applicants must upload their documents (like eligibility proof and certificates) by May 23, 2025, till 5 PM. Delayed or incorrect submissions of information and documents will lead to cancellation.
Release of Admit Cards
AIIMS has released admit cards on June 13, 2025. Candidates must log into the AIIMS Exams portal and download the admit card.
Candidates can check the steps to download the AIIMS MSc Nursing admit card:
- Visit aiimsexams.ac.in website.
- Click on “Academic Courses” and select “M.Sc. Nursing”.
- Log in using your registration ID and password.
- Download and print the admit card.
The admit card includes the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date and time, exam center address, and instructions. If there is any error (like a wrong name or photo), students should immediately contact the AIIMS help desk. Candidates must carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID on exam day.
Examination Date
The AIIMS M.Sc. Nursing 2025 entrance exam was held on June 21, 2025. The test will be conducted in computer-based mode across different cities. Candidates should revise the syllabus thoroughly and practice with previous years’ papers. They must focus on nursing-related subjects, including general knowledge and logical reasoning. Candidates must make a daily study plan and revise it regularly to avoid last-minute stress. On exam day, reach the center at least 1 hour early with your admit card and ID.
Declaration of Results
AIIMS has declared the exam results on June 27, 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can download the result by following these steps:
- Visit aiimsexams.ac.in
- Click on “Results” and select “M.Sc. Nursing 2025.”
- Enter your login details.
- Download the scorecard and print it
The result will show your roll number, name, category, overall marks, and rank. Candidates must check the merit list and cut-off scores. Shortlisted students will be called for the counselling round. Candidates whose names are shortlisted must retain a copy of the result for future admission processes.
Counselling & Seat Allocation
The counselling and seat allocation process began in July 14, 2025. Qualified candidates must register separately for counselling on the AIIMS portal. They will be asked to select colleges based on rank and seat availability. AIIMS will conduct seat allocation in multiple rounds. Students should keep all original documents ready for verification. Final admission will depend on merit rank, seat availability, and document verification.
