IIIT Bhubaneswar B.Tech in Electronics and Communications - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2025

Overall: my experience at IIT Bhubaneswar is completely rewarding . it is one of the best IIT's of India. it provides us with best of the faculties one needed , the best campus , good clubs and societies, interesting games and chances to learn them how to play with the help of coaches , well stocked library, large hostel rooms for living, hygienic mess food , a reading area , a sac area , even a gym too , all grocery stores , fruit stores , Nescafe's and night canteens in every hostel .

Placement: the placement of IIT Bhubaneswar is Ohk- Ohk only . not so top companies come here for internship. highest package is about 64 lakh per annum for computer science students . about 40 to 50% students get placed only .

Infrastructure: it has one of the very best infrastructure among the IIT's of India . and further it is developing day by day . it's buildings have unique design and it is fully furnished . all are fitted with ac . new style of chairs and tables . roads are large and clean all the time . at the time of fest , it is super decorated and looks very beautiful . it never has any water or electricity problem . it works always good . lobbies are also large in the hostels .

Faculty: the faculties are also good here. they are highly supportive and knowledgeful. they always motivate us and teaches very nicely . they give us assignments and quizzes for extra preparation. they also take tutorial classes. they makes exams from only the topics they cover in the lecture . they also teaches us practically not only theoretically.

Hostel: there are 2 girls hostels and 3 boys hostels . girls hostel is near to faculty quarters and is far separated from boys hostel. in first year, we were given rooms to share with room mates and also for mess , we have to go to SHR hostel. but now in second year we will shift to new hostel and were given new rooms separately. every floor has it's own washing machine and water cooler. lobbies are also very large. balconies are shared between two .
