MoU Signed with Education North India - A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) and Education North India to facilitate assessment and analysis for students. The MoU was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Susheel Mittal, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of IKG PTU, and Mr. Sparsh Vij, Manager of Education North India. This partnership aims to enhance placement-related assessments for students across various streams including B.Tech, BBA, BCA, and MBA. The program will cover key areas such as Quantitative, Analytical Reasoning, English Usage, Branch-specific Technical skills, Coding, Written Communications, Computer Fundamentals, and Psychometric evaluations. AON, a leader in assessment solutions, has collaborated with over 400 corporates globally, providing innovative online tests and assessments.

Sagar Defence Engineering Pvt. Ltd. – Joint Campus Placement Drive - The Joint Campus Placement Drive by Sagar Defence Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is scheduled to take place. Pearce Services Joint Campus Internship & Placement Drive - Pearce Services conducted a Joint Campus Internship & Placement Drive for students of B.Tech (CE, EE, and ECE) from IKGPTU Main Campus and its Constituent Campuses on September 11, 2025. The event was organized by the Centre of Training & Placement at IKGPTU Main Campus, Kapurthala. Mr. Mohit Jain, Assistant Registrar (T&P), welcomed the attendees, and Ms. Shalini Sharma, Senior Manager HR of Pearce Services, provided insights into the company's culture, job responsibilities, and career opportunities during a pre-placement talk. Students were selected based on a written test followed by HR screening, with shortlisted candidates interviewed thereafter. The event concluded with expressions of gratitude towards the Pearce Services team for their participation.
