Only 34% Seats filled in AP OAMDC Degree Counselling 2025

AP OAMDC Degree Counselling 2025: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has wrapped up the degree admission counselling under the convenor quota, but the turnout has been poor. Out of 3,82,038 seats available across 1,200 colleges, only 1,30,273 have been taken, which is just 34.09%. This leaves more than 2.5 lakh seats vacant. The trend is not new—last year, too, only about 32% of seats were filled in the first phase.

APPGCET 2025 seat allotment: The Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (APPGCET) 2025 seat allotment is scheduled to be released on September 22, 2025. The allotment is for the counselling of admission to Post Graduate Courses in various colleges in the state. The seat allotment is based on Candidates' rank in APPGCET 2025 and preferences submitted during the web option entry.  Candidates who got a seat in allotment need to report to the allocated colleges from September 23 to 25, 2025, along with required documents.
