Overall: the college offers a decent experience overall. While there are areas for improvement such as campus connectivity, hostel facilities, internship opportunities, and placement statistics, there are also positives like vibrant campus life. With some enhancements, the college has the potential to provide an even better experience for students.

Placement: I can't say much about the placements as I don't have enough knowledge and information about it. But the average package is around 6.5 lakhs maybe. Make sure you double check about placements

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college includes buildings, facilities, and resources available to students and staff. It encompasses everything from classrooms and labs to libraries, sports facilities, and administrative offices. A good infrastructure supports academic and extracurricular activities, creating a conducive environment for learning and growth.

Faculty: The faculty at the college is knowledgeable and supportive, providing guidance and mentorship to students. They are passionate about teaching and helping students succeed in their academic pursuits. While there's room for improvement in certain areas, overall, the faculty contributes positively to the learning environment.

Hostel: The hostel provides basic living arrangements for students. Each room has beds, desks, and storage space. There are shared bathrooms and common areas where students can hang out. Laundry facilities are also available for convenience. While the facilities meet most needs, some students may find them average and wish for more amenities or better maintenance.

Overall: Our college is definitely far , isolated and transportation is a problem if you are not using the college transportation facility or using your own transportation but it is one of the warmest and friend zoned places I have ever seen. Our faculty though are strict have a good interaction with us. Our college has a spectacular nature around it. Our building being in a closed manner brings out a different feel than other colleges. We enjoy a lot at our college and are gonna miss it after graduation.

Placement: mnc companies Maintaining discipline and proper dress code in college Industrial visit to mnc companies Good training was provided before attending placements Good labs

Dear Student,

Yes, it is possible to get admission to Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology with an 83 percentile in JEE Main 2025, especially if you are an OBC or EWS candidate. For general category candidates, the cutoff for B.Tech CSE can be around the 85-90 percentile. However, Galgotias also considers admissions through other means, including direct admissions based on board exam scores and other entrance exams. We hope that we have answered your query successfully. Stay tuned to College Dekho for the latest updates related to admissions, counselling and more. All te best for your great future ahead!

With a 74 percentile in JEE Main, getting into the top NITs is unlikely.

Dear Student,

With a JEE Main rank of 129,000, you may have a chance at some NITs and IIITs, especially under the home state quota or with specific branch choices. Some IIITs might also consider your rank, but it will likely be difficult to get into the most prestigious ones. Additionally, you could explore private engineering colleges or universities that offer admissions based on JEE Main scores. We hope that we have answered your question successfully. Stay connected with College Dekho for the latest updates related to education, results, counselling, and more.

Dear Student,

With a JEE Main rank of 647,849, it's unlikely you'll be able to get into a top-tier engineering college like an IIT or a highly ranked NIT. However, there are still options available, especially if you are willing to consider private colleges. We hope that we answered your query. Dear Student,

With an EWS rank of 40262, your chances of getting into BITS Mesra, Ranchi, for any branch, are likely slim, but not impossible. Based on past cutoff trends, a rank of 33k (which is slightly lower than your rank) had limited options, such as Chemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (Plastics and Polymer), Production Engineering, and Biotech. For general category students in the AI quota, the last round closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was 22317 in 2024. We advise you to go for the other colleges where you can get better branch for pursuing engineering. We hope that we answered your query.
