Since the initial days of Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, the Institution has grown into a vast magnificent building with required infrastructure. The Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has a separate provision for arts and sophisticated laboratories for all subjects and internet centres within the campus which has excellent speed. Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has a modern library and also a superlative sports complex. Sri Sai Ram Engineering College is set up across an area of 300 acres. Currently, the college is constructed on an area over 73,042 square mt. area. There is a 24*7 electricity backup.

Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has a facility of the projector, duplicating machine within the campus, Audio Cassette recorder, mineral water plant, photographic camera. The boys and girls separately accommodate 581 boy students and 276 girl students in an area of 20529 sq.m.The buildings situated and designed such that the surroundings offer a cool, green, pleasant and eco-friendly atmosphere. This helps the students carry on with positive thinking and healthy learning. It provides a lively environment which helps in healthy interaction among the students. The boy's hostel consists of 2 floors which make 80 rooms in Phase I. In Phase II there are 100 rooms. In case of girl’s hostel, there are about 60 rooms for the girls in Phase I. There are 100 rooms for girls in Phase II. There is also internet access in the hostel rooms 24*7.
