RCHS, Guwahati - Course List & Fee Structure 2025

The Regional College of Health Sciences (RCHS) is a private healthcare institute located in Lokhra, Guwahati, Assam. Established in 2021, RCHS is affiliated with the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences and approved by the Government of Assam. It aims to provide high-quality, career-oriented education in the healthcare sector.

RCHS currently offers two specialist programs in Medical Laboratory Technology, designed to equip students with essential knowledge and practical skills in clinical diagnostics. These programs help students prepare for professional roles in hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare institutions.

The college emphasises hands-on training, up-to-date laboratory facilities, and experienced faculty to ensure that students are ready for real-world healthcare challenges. Located at Kali Mandir Path, Nalapara, the campus provides a supportive learning environment in the heart of Guwahati.

Course Details

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT): A program focused on equipment for students with laboratory diagnostic skills, such as sample analysis and reporting. 60 seats are included, so a Joint Entrance Examination (CEE) and ¹60,000 first-year fees are required for approval.
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT): A degree that provides advanced training in laboratory technology with a record of 60 seats. Additionally, admission is made through CEE, with the first-year fee of 70,000.
