The official XAT 2026 mock test will take place from September 27 to 28, 2025. Candidates must register and pay the application fee by September 24, 2025. The overall registration for XAT 2026 will close on December 5, 2025.

Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies MBA, MHRM, PGDM and International MBA program Eligibility Criteria 2019

The candidates must pass the following eligibility criteria for admission in MBA, MHRM, PGDM and international MBA course at RCBS.

  • For admission in MBA and MHRM course, the candidate should have passed the bachelor's degree from a Mahatma Gandhi University or passed an equivalent degree from any other university duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University. Also, they must have secured a minimum of 55% in Science and Technology subjects and a minimum of 50% marks in other subjects. In the case of a Master’s degree, the candidate should have passed the degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  • For admission in the PGDM course, the candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in any degree or pass in a master’s degree. 
  • For taking admission in the International MBA program, the eligibility criteria will depend on the foreign University that the candidate opts for.
  • The MBA, MHRM and PGDM applicants must have a valid score in any one of the CMAT/CAT/KMAT exams. The MAT exam is only applicable for MHRM and PGDM program.

  • Before applying for MBA, MHRM, PGDM courses at RCBS, the candidates have to appear for the competitive entrance exams such as CMAT/CAT/MAT/KMAT. For that, the candidate can visit the official website of the respective entrance exam and fill the application form with requisite details.  The candidate needs to ensure that all the details are correctly and properly filled under the provided guidelines. The qualified candidates can proceed to take admission to the RCBS institute.
  • RCBS accepts application form using both online and offline mode. In the case of online mode, the candidate can visit the official website of the institute and fill the application form by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button available under Admissions-> Admission Forms tab.
  • After clicking on ‘Apply Now’, the candidate has to register by providing a few personal details. After registration, the candidate can log in using the registered email Id and password.  Once logged in, the application form needs to be filled with the relevant information and application fee of Rs. 1000 is to be paid by the applicant. The requisite fee can be paid online or by cash/DD.
