Ramanath Payyade College of Hospitality Management Studies opened in 2009 in Kurla (East), Mumbai. It covers about 30,000 sq ft, located across from Buntara Bhavan. The modern campus includes well-equipped computer labs with high-speed Wi-Fi and industry-standard software. It also has a central library with a wide range of hospitality resources and a fully equipped auditorium that seats 1,500.

Students get hands-on experience in the training restaurant, front-office and housekeeping labs, culinary kitchens, and guest-room and board-room setups. On-site facilities feature a cafeteria, sports options (both indoor and outdoor), a medical room, and a hostel. Ramanath Payyade College’s off‑campus hostels for both boys and girls offer single‑occupancy rooms with robust facilities.
