The Karnataka PGCET 2025 option entry process is now open for MBA, MCA, and Engineering courses at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. Candidates must complete their option entries by September 28. Mock allotment results will be declared on September 29, after which candidates can edit their choices.
The Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling schedule for MBA, MCA, and M.Tech programs has been released. The option entry process will commence on September 24 and conclude on September 28. The mock allotment result is scheduled to be published on September 29, while the first round seat allotment results will be announced on October 3 (provisional) and October 4 (final).
The KCET 2025 round 3 provisional seat allotment result is now available at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ugcet2025. Candidates must complete the fee payment, download the confirmation slip, and report to their allotted colleges by September 13, 2025.
The COMEDK UGET 2025 Round 4 seat allotment has been declared at comedk.org.The last date for decision-making and fee payment is September 9, 2025, while reporting to the allotted college must be completed by September 10, 2025.
Admission to Malnad College of Engineering (MCE) in Hassan is primarily based on entrance exams and counseling processes. For undergraduate B.E./B.Tech programs, admission is through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) for government quota seats and the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Undergraduate Entrance Test (COMEDK UGET) for management quota seats. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 45% marks from a recognized board.
For postgraduate M.E./M.Tech programs, admission is based on scores from the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or Karnataka PGCET. The MCA program requires a valid score in Karnataka PGCET. The admission process involves obtaining application forms, appearing for entrance exams, and participating in counseling sessions. Required documents include SSLC and PUC mark cards, study certificates, and entrance exam rank cards.
B.E /B.Tech (E&C /E&TC /Telecommunications /IT /CS&E)
The candidates for the M.Tech programmes should have taken the GATE examination securing good scores. However, in case of insufficient GATE candidates, some seats are given to the Sponsored candidates.
the candidates should have passed the prescribed qualifying examination with not less than 50% of the marks in aggregate, in the examinations considered for the declaration of class. There will be reservation for SC/ST candidates as per the rules.
