ISBS Pune Placements 2025: Highest & Average Package, Top Recruiters

Indira School of Business Studies (ISBS) Pune recorded an outstanding placement season in 2025, achieving a 100% placement rate across its PGDM and MBA programs. The highest package offered reached Rs. 21 LPA from Juspay, while the average package stood at Rs. 6.5 LPA, reflecting strong industry alignment and robust training support. Over 350 recruiters participated, offering diverse roles in finance, marketing, HR, operations, and e-business management.

The placement season included over 180 final-year students with multiple offers, internships transitioning into pre-placement offers, and international exposure through Dubai and Singapore study tours.
