IIBS MBA Eligibility Criteria 2021

For getting admission to the Master of Business Administration programme at the International Institute of Business Studies, candidates have to first check the MBA eligibility criteria at IIBS.

• Students must have completed their graduation from a recognised university or college.
• It is important for the student to have cleared all the exams of graduation when he/ she applies for an MBA at IIBS.
• The candidate can be from any discipline or stream but he/ she must have scored a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate at the undergraduate level.
• Additionally, the candidate must also have appeared for a national-level management entrance exam that is accepted by the International Institute of Business Studies for MBA admissions. These exams include CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, KMAT, etc.

IIBS MBA Selection Process 2021

• The selection of candidates for the course of MBA at IIBS is done in several rounds.
• In the first round of IIBS MBA selection process, the application forms of students are screened and applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in the entrance examinations.
• The shortlisted candidates are called for the rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
• The final selection of students for MBA at IIBS is done after assessing their performance in all the rounds.

Candidates aspiring to take admission to the programme of Post Graduate Diploma in Management that is offered at the International Institute of Business Studies must confirm if they meet the PGDM eligibility criteria at IIBS before proceeding with the application process.

• The aspirants must have completed their education till the graduation level.
• It is essential that the university or college from which the student completed graduation is recognised by the UGC or the AICTE.

IIBS PGDM Selection Process 2021

• The selection process of PGDM at IIBS is carried out in three rounds.
• The application forms received by all the applicants are assessed and shortlisted by the college authorities in the first round.
• Students qualify the first round on the basis of their scores in the various entrance exams.
• IIBS accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, and KMAT for conducting its PGDM admissions.
• In the second round, the shortlisted students are called for a Group Discussion which is then followed by the round of Personal Interview. Students are selected finally on the basis of how they perform in all the rounds.

• In order to be eligible for Bachelor of Business Administration that is offered at the International Institute of Business Studies, students must have completed their higher secondary education from a school that is affiliated to either a central board of education, like the ISC or the CBSE, or any state board of education.
• The candidate must have cleared all the exams of class 12th or its equivalent.

• In order to be eligible for the Bachelor of Commerce programme offered at the International Institute of Business Studies, students must have completed their education of the higher secondary level. It is mandatory for the students to clear the 10 + 2 level from any school functioning under a central or state board of education.
• The candidate must have cleared all the exams of class 12th in the stream of commerce or its equivalent.

• For getting admission to the Bachelor of Computer Application programme at the International Institute of Business Studies, the candidates have to clear all the exams of class 12th or its equivalent.
• The school from which the applicant completes his/ her higher secondary education must come under a recognised central or state board of education.
• Mathematics should be a compulsory subject in the candidate's curriculum of class 12th.

IIBS BCA/ BBA/ B.Com Selection Process 2021

• The selection of candidates for BBA, B.Com, and BCA at International Institute of Business Studies is done strictly on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination.
• The selection process of IIBS for its undergraduate subjects is done after the marks obtained by the applicants in class 12th (or its equivalent) are assessed.
• The BCA, B.Com, and BBA programmes of IIBS are affiliated to the Bangalore University, hence the admissions are conducted through the rules and regulations of the university.
