IIPC Partnerships Update - The Institute Industry Partnership Cell (IIPC) has successfully established over 500 partnerships, significantly enhancing the opportunities available for our future graduates. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their careers through practical exposure and networking.
Internship Opportunities Update - We are pleased to announce that Echelon Institute of Technology has facilitated over 3000 internships, significantly aiding in cultivating pathways for our graduates into successful professional journeys. This initiative is part of our commitment to student success and industry readiness, ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared to thrive in diverse professional landscapes.
The Echelon Institute of Technology has an active placement cell (IIPC) that focuses on the placement activities of the students. Under the placement cell, students undergo various training programs such as aptitude, personality development, technical and conceptual knowledge, etc. The placement cell of Echelon also provides career guidance to its students. The prime objective of the IIPC is to maintain strong industry-institute linkages and strive for the overall development & grooming of the students according to the Industry requirements by conducting workshops, seminars and conferences both at the national and international levels. Some of the major recruiters that participate in Echelon campus placements are Infosys, HCL, TATA Consultancy Service, Samsung, IBM, Panasonic, Tata Mahindra, NIIT, Paytm, Sony, Indian Oil, Maruti Suzuki, etc.
Placement: Placement is a strong point for the college, with a consistent track record of high placement rates, often reported as 100%. The highest packages have reached INR 35 LPA, with a median package of around INR 9.25 LPA. A wide range of companies from various sectors, including FMCG, consulting, and banking, visit the campus for recruitment.
Placement: The placements are definitely one of the biggest strengths of this college. There is a very active placement cell that starts preparing us from the third year. They organize special classes for aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews which helps build a lot of confidence. A lot of good companies from IT, marketing, and core branches visit our campus every year. We see our seniors getting multiple job offers with good salaries, which is very motivating for us.
Placement: The placement record of Echelon Institute is truly commendable and a primary reason many students choose this college. The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell is incredibly proactive and starts grooming students from the second year itself. They conduct regular workshops on aptitude skills, resume building, group discussions, and technical interviews. The T&P Cell has established strong ties with a wide range of companies, from leading MNCs and IT giants to fast-growing startups. This ensures a steady stream of recruitment drives throughout the final year, catering to all branches of engineering and management. The packages offered are competitive, with a very high placement percentage year after year. The dedicated efforts of the placement team ensure that every deserving student gets a fantastic opportunity to launch their career.
Placement: The placement rate is somewhat low because, although companies visit the campus, many students fail to meet the required eligibility criteria. This could be due to academic performance, technical skills, or aptitude test results. Enhancing skill development programs, improving training sessions, and guiding students effectively can help bridge this gap and improve overall placements.
Placement: Our college is good for placements if your stats are match with the conditions then you are eligible for the placements our college highest package is 32 lac. Per anum
Placement: The placement of the college is average. And about 70% students good placement in the college and the placement of the college depends on the semester exam. Placement: when it comes to placement..they were bringing institution who comes to sell their courses to get a job..they taught us useless stuff not teaching anything handy which was most needed at the time of job..they put big company names in their college brochure for example Flipkart and etc..what you get is a job at Flipkart but as a "storage manager"
Placement: It provides a good placement according to the fees and knowledge distributed among the students which starts from very low package but slowly slowly can achieve promotions
Placement: Placements and internship are not so good but an average placements rate with an average package but overall expectations from placements is not satisfied by many students
