The form will be available starting at 10:00 PM on September 8, 2025, and must be submitted by that time. Students are advised to read the instructions carefully before filling out the form. Note that the college will adopt a 'first-come-first-choose' policy for courses with high demand, and failure to submit the form by the deadline may result in course allocation at the discretion of the college.
