The academy has seven full fledged training kitchens. The students will rotate in all the seven kitchens before completing the Three Year Program. The kitchens are planned by professional chefs taking into consideration accessibility and the present professional Hotel Kitchens.Pastry and Bakery named after the world famous sugar confectioners Susan and Edward Notter are equipped to the international standards keeping in mind the student needs for skill development. Special equipment has been provided for the students in order to attain desired results in the field of sugar confectionery and Couverture Confectionery. The Academy has a compact 40 cover public restaurant open for lunch on all working days and offers a contemporary classical menu with a'la carte facility. A full fledged display bar has been provided to introduce the student chef to the basic principles of food and beverage service. Keeping in mind the hi-tech approach in the food service operations computer education is imparted to the students throughout the course. Academy has also placed an 80 seated ultra modern audio-visual classroom.

Infrastructure: The college begun in 1996 and has reached great heights from the old days where the college was just a 1 floor building and now in 2025 is a 8 floor building consisting of 7 kitchens with the best equipment and latest technology which helps the students in learning the fine art of cooking. 2 amazing restaurants with all the restaurant and bar equipment for students to learn the Food And Beverage related skills that the college teaches. The SDH ( student dining hall ) where all the students sit together and eat our lunch which is also cooked by the college students. Amazing classrooms which can accommodate the students comfortably where we can all learn and share our knowledge.
Hostel: The hostel is exactly how you would expect it to be. 3 floors of rooms and halls with bunk beds all around the place where all the students sleep. The hostel being really close to the college really comes in handy as not a lot of time is wasted in travelling and instead that time can be used for better things like reading, writing etc. the hostel rules are strict where no outsides are allowed to enter the hostel at any hour of the day making it a very safe place for the students to stay at. There are curfew times that the students need to follow, these curfews are also put in place for the safety of the students. Strict action is taken against students who break any rules, like smoking or drinking in the hostel premises which is a rule break.There is a hostel warden with the students at all times incase they need assistance with anything. Everything combined it is a great experience that every student should go through.
