The Central Library stocks around 26000 books with an average addition of 350 books per year. The Library is open from 9:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. In addition to the Central Library, each department has a collection of books for ready reference.The college auditorium with a seating capacity of 1800, and the seminar hall with its public address system are readily available for programs arranged by the staff or students. The college auditorium is used by a charitable organization during non-working hours and holidays for imparting remedial coaching to financially insecure school students of the neighbour hood.The Information Centre near the college gate provides guidance regarding the remittance of various fee structures, the dates of University examinations, the availability of forms and hall tickets.The centre also offers Xerox facility, which is open to the students, staff and the public at moderate rates.
