Admission Open for 2025 - 2026 Academic Year - The admission process for the academic year 2025 - 2026 is now open. Candidates can register through the Single Window Counseling by Anna University, Chennai, or through Management Quota. For undergraduate courses, eligibility criteria include passing HSC or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For postgraduate courses, a recognized bachelor's degree and a valid TANCET score are required. For more details, please refer to the admission brochure or contact the admissions department.

GATE 2026 registration is now open at gate2026.iitg.ac.in for admission to M.Tech and research programs. Candidates can submit their applications without a late fee until September 28, 2025, while the deadline with a late fee is October 9, 2025. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions.

The GATE 2026 registration has been postponed to August 28, 2025. Regular applications close on September 28, with late submissions accepted until October 9. Exams will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, and results on March 19.

The TNEA 2025 Round 3 choice filling has started for candidates with ranks between 1,37,711 and 2,39,299 at tneaonline.org. The last day for choice filling is Aug 09, 2025. Tentative allotment will be released on August 10, with confirmation due by August 11.
