Based on my personal experience, I can confidently say that LPU is dedicated to providing the best possible placements for its students. While there may be some challenges along the way, the university consistently strives to overcome them. Each placement drive has specific criteria that students must meet in order to participate. The placement process consists of multiple phases, and students must successfully qualify each one. The faculty at LPU is also commendable. They are highly supportive and their level of support depends on how well students integrate with them. In my own experience at LPU, we had some initial issues with a faculty member during our second year. However, by the end of my graduation, that faculty member had become our best mentor and supporter. It is worth noting that LPU provides opportunities to both experienced and inexperienced faculty members. If a faculty member does not perform well, they are asked to leave LPU. However, it is important to remember that being inexperienced does not necessarily mean a faculty member is incapable of teaching. We have witnessed many inexperienced faculty members who have excelled in their roles. Overall, both the placements and faculty at LPU are of high quality.
