To avoid the last-minute rush, candidates must complete the process beforehand by visiting the official portal at nift.admissions.nic.in . After that, candidates should log in using their NIFT UG roll number, password, and security pin. They will then be prompted to verify their identity by entering their registered mobile number, after which an OTP will be sent. Once verified, candidates can proceed to select and save their preferred campuses and courses. Candidates are strongly advised to enter as many choices as possible to maximise their chances of securing admission to a preferred program. After completing the selection, they should download and keep a copy of the submitted choices for future reference. Note that the candidates who do not fill in their course and campus preferences will not be eligible for seat allocation.
