The conducting authority is set to release the NIFT counselling 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment on July 7 through the official website. The seat allotted candidates must complete the self-reporting process by July 10 till midnight.

NIFT Counselling 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment: The National Testing Agency is all set to release the NIFT Counselling 2025 round 1 seat allotment on July 7 through the official website. The candidates who have successfully completed their registration and document verification should lock their choices by July 4. Only those candidates who lock their choices are to be considered for the selection of the seat allotment. After that, the authority will release the seat allotment based on the merit rank obtained by the candidates in NIFT 2025, choices filled by the candidates, seat availability of the chosen program, and reservation category. Once it is available, the candidates must complete the self-reporting process and payment of the admission fee between July 7 to July 10, 2025 (till midnight).

The candidates can check their seat allotment status by visiting the official portal nift.admissions.nic.in and entering their personal login credentials. Along with the authority will also publish the Opening and closing ranks for the respective campuses. After downloading the seat allotment, the candidates will choose their willingness towards the allotment. Those are Float, Slide and Freeze. The Freeze candidates must pay the admission fee to confirm their allotted seat before the deadline, i.e., July 10. On the other hand, the candidates who have confirmed and want to cancel their allotted seat and seek a refund of the fee then they can withdraw their seat within a specific period. The candidates who have chosen float and slide will participate in the second round of NIFT counselling 2025.
