The cutoff list is released in PDF format, comprising names of all the teaching centres, cutoff marks, and categories. Depending on the cutoff, aspirants can apply for admission between August 19 (10 AM) and August 21 (11:59 PM).
Applicants should promptly log in and locate the PDF link labelled “Special Round Cutoff List 2025 (BA/B.Com)” to view the minimum required marks or percentages category-wise for each college.

NCWEB Special Cutoff 2025 PDF: Steps to Download
To download the Special Cutoff list on the release day, candidates should:
- Visit the official NCWEB portal at ncweb.du.ac.in.
- Navigate to the “News and Updates” section or the dedicated “Special Cutoff 2025” link.
- Click to download the BA and B.Com college-wise cutoff PDFs.
- Review the cutoff marks carefully, matching their qualifying marks with the required category and college.
Following the release, candidates who meet or exceed the cutoff can immediately begin the admission process. The last date for admission fee payment against the Special Cutoff seats is August 23, 2025. Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to these timelines to secure their admission, as delay or non-compliance will lead to forfeiture of seats.
