Candidates who identify any discrepancies in the merit list will have the opportunity to submit grievances between July 19 and July 21, 5 PM , through their login ID. To substantiate their claims, candidates will be required to upload the necessary documents. The status of the grievance, including acceptance or rejection, will be made available in the candidate's login dashboard, along with the latest receipt or acknowledgement.
Following a thorough examination of the grievances and supporting documents, the conducting authority will release a revised and final merit list on July 24, 2025 . It is pertinent to note that submitting grievances is not a mandatory step in the process. Candidates who do not perceive any errors in their merit list can simply await the release of the final list. However, in cases where the conducting authority determines that the documents submitted in support of a grievance do not adequately justify the claim, the grievance may be discarded. Furthermore, in such instances, the objection fee may not be refunded.
To facilitate the grievance submission process, candidates will need to log in to their portal using their unique login ID and password. Upon signing in, they will be able to access the relevant portal and follow the instructions to submit their grievance. The conducting authority will take into consideration the grievances and supporting documents submitted by candidates before releasing the final merit list.
