Candidates who have been allocated a seat in CAP Round 2 must accept the offered seat through their login. Those who are receiving a seat for the first time need to self-verify the seat allotment and pay the seat acceptance fee online. Candidates who have been allotted a seat within their first three preferences (auto-frozen) or those who have self-frozen their allotment must accept the seat and pay the fee, after which they won't be eligible for subsequent rounds. This must be done between August 16 and August 18, 2025, up to 3 PM.
Candidates who want to pursue betterment in subsequent rounds can choose the "Not Freeze/Betterment" option, accept the current seat, and pay the fee. After accepting the seat, candidates must report to the allotted institute between August 16 and August 18, 2025, up to 5 PM, for admission confirmation by submitting required documents and paying the fee.
