Along with, the authority will also publish the Institute- Wise seat allotment result. Candidates can now check their allotment status and download third round allotment letters on the official website, mca2025.mahacet.org.in by entering the mandatory fields such as application id and date of birth details. Candidates who have been allotted seats will need to accept their allotment letters on or before August 23, 2025 by 3 PM . The physical document verification and admission process for the third round will be conducted within the same stipulated period.

To confirm admission after the MAH MCA CAP Round 3 Seat Allotment Result 2025, follow these steps
- After downloading the MAH MCA CAP Round 3 seat allotment letter 2025, aspirants can carefully check their allotted seat, college, and course.
- Now, candidates who have been allotted seats as per their first six preferences in Round 3, must pay the seat acceptance fee in online mode. Note that, only fresh allotment candidates are only to be paid.
- On other hand, candidates who have been allotted seats other than first six preferences and self-frozen their allotment in Round 3, must pay the fee and be eligible for future allotment for upgradation.
- The online reporting process will end by 3 PM on August 22, 2025.
- Following this, freeze candidates must report in person with all necessary documents within the designated timeframe.
- Once all admission procedures are completed, candidates are expected to pay the first semester’s deposit fee. It is important to keep the acknowledgement receipt issued by the admission office. Additionally, if anybody is unable to receive the acknowledgement, then they must raise their objection through his/ her login.
- Candidates who fail to comply with these steps will be disqualified from the counselling process. and their seat is vacant and moved forward to round 4.
