Seat Allotment result can be downloaded through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in/keam2025. Candidates require their login credentials, i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth, to view and download the Kerala NEET UG Seat Allotment. Following the release, candidates must log in to view their seat status and download the allotment letter and college-wise seat allocation list.
To confirm admission, allotted candidates must report to their respective colleges with documents including the NEET UG 2025 admit card and scorecard, Class 10/12 marksheets, transfer certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and a valid ID proof. The reporting schedule will soon be shared along with the result.

Candidates can check and download their seat allotment result by following these simple steps:
- Visit the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
- Navigate to the KEAM 2025 candidate portal available on the homepage.
- Click on the 'Allotment List' tab displayed on the portal.
- Select the 'First Phase Allotment - MBBS/BDS' link to open the provisional seat allotment PDF.
- Carefully check your application number, rank, category, allotted college, and course details.
- Download and save the PDF for future reference.
The next steps after the allotment include accepting the seat, paying the requisite fee, and reporting to the allotted institution for document verification and admission formalities. Candidates must report in person to their allotted colleges for document verification and admission formalities. Failure to complete seat acceptance and reporting will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
