Jharkhand ITI Seat Allotment 2025 Releasing Today: The Directorate of Employment and Training, Jharkhand, will begin releasing the ITI Seat Allotment 2025 results from July 13 and will continue the process until July 30 for the first round of counselling. Candidates who completed their choice filling by the July 10 deadline can now check their seat allotment status and download their allotment letters online through the official ITI Jharkhand portal by logging in with their application number and date of birth. Once the allotment results are out, candidates must report to their allotted ITI institutes between July 13 and July 30 for document verification and completion of admission formalities.

The process requires candidates to download the provisional seat allotment letter and carry it along with all original documents, such as educational certificates, merit list, and identity proof, to the allotted institute. It is important to note that there will be no extension for the seat allotment or admission deadlines, and failure to report to the institute by July 30 may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat. Candidates should also note that timely reporting is very important to the allotted institute for document verification and admission finalisation, late reportees might stand a chance of their seats getting lost.

Jharkhand ITI Seat Allotment 2025 Releasing Today: Seat acceptance procedure

Download the seat allotment letter: After the seat allotment result is announced (from July 13, 2025), candidates must log in to the official Jharkhand ITI portal and download their provisional seat allotment/counselling letter.

• Look at your allotment letter to see which ITI and trade you have been given.
• Collect all the original documents you need, like your mark sheets, admit card, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if you need it), passport-size photos, and any other papers the authorities ask for.
• Visit the ITI you have been given, in person, between July 13 and July 30, 2025, for the first round. This step is compulsory for document checking and admission finalisation.
• Give all your original documents to the ITI staff so they can check and verify them.
• Pay the admission fee at the ITI to make sure your seat is booked.
• After your documents are checked and you pay the fee, your admission will be confirmed by the ITI.
• If you do not go to the ITI and finish all the steps in time, you will lose your seat and it may be given to someone else in the next round.
• If you don’t get a seat or are not happy with your allotment, you can take part in the next counselling rounds as per the official schedule.
