Candidates allotted seats through JEECUP Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2025 should note these details to complete the seat acceptance process successfully:Phase 1: Online Reporting- Candidates choosing Freeze or Float are required to accept the seats online and pay the security deposit and counselling fee online. After paying the counselling fee, the seat allotment order will be issued to be downloaded through the candidate's login portal.
Phase 2: Reporting at District Help Centres- Candidates opting Freeze option will have to report to the district Help Centres for the document verification process. The online fee payment receipt and seat allotment order should be carried along with the other original documents while reporting at the help centres. On completing the document verification, candidates should pay the admission fee to complete the seat acceptance process.

- Candidates should pay Rs 3250 while reporting online, where Rs 3000 will be adjusted with the tuition fee at the time of admission fee and Rs 250 is the non-refundable counselling fee.
- After online reporting, candidates should report to the help centres for the document verification, following which they are required to report to the allotted institute and pay the remaining admission fee within the given period. Failing in doing so, will lead to cancellation of seat allotment.
