JAC Chandigarh Round 1 Choice Filling 2025:
The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Chandigarh will close the Round 1 choice filling process for B.Tech admissions 2025 today,
July 7, at 11:59 PM.
Candidates who have registered for JAC Chandigarh counselling 2025 but have not yet filled or locked their choices are advised to do so before the deadline to ensure participation in the first round of seat allotment. The official website to complete the choice filling and locking process is jacchd.admissions.nic.in.

After the deadline, no responses will be accepted by the authority at any cost. Failure to fill in the choices can affect the chances of getting admission to preferred branches or institutes. Candidates must log in using their JEE Main application number and password to access the choice filling form.
Following the choice filling, the mock allotment will be announced by the JAC Chandigarh on July 8, 2025, and after reviewing their mock allotment aspirants can lock their choices again from July 9 to 10, 2025. Based on this, the JAC Chandigarh Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025 will be published on the official portal on July 11, 2025. Aspirants will be able to submit their willingness and pay the seat acceptance fee between July 11 and July 14, 2025. Those who are not allotted a seat in Round 1 or are dissatisfied can choose to participate in subsequent rounds.
The seat allotment is based on JEE Main 2025 scores, category, and the choices filled by candidates during the counselling process. After submitting choices, applicants are advised to download and keep a copy of the final locked choice list for future reference.
