IIT Madras BS Medical Science and Engineering Application Form 2025: Applications for the IIT Madras BS in Medical Sciences and Engineering 2025 batch are open online. Candidates must apply only through the official portal, i.e. ugadmissions.iitm.ac.in. The application process is strictly online and no offline forms are accepted. Candidates can fill out the application form using their login ID and password on the official website. The deadline for submitting the application form is set as June 27, 2025, at 5 PM. The candidates have to first enroll for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2025 at the IISER admissions portal.

Upon qualifying the IAT exam, candidates can complete the application on the IIT Madras portal. One must be of Indian nationality or OCI/ PIO status to be eligible with cards that have been issued prior to March 4, 2021. Candidates should have completed Class XII during 2023, 2024, or 2025, in the science field, from a board recognised by CBSE. They must have studied mathematics and two subjects among Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The minimum aggregate marks are 60% for general and 55% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.

The application fee is Rs 500/- for general candidates and Rs 250/- for SC/ ST/ PwD and female candidates, plus Rs 40/- bank charges. Each candidate can make only one application; anyone making more than one is not going to be considered. Once a candidate has registered, they are able to download the application form as a PDF document for future reference.
