  • UDID (preferred)/PwD Certificate : Candidates with disabilities are required to upload a scanned copy of their UDID (Unique Disability ID) or PwD (Persons with Disabilities) certificate in PDF format. This certificate is necessary to avail the benefits and accommodations during the examination.
  • Dyslexic Certificate : Candidates who have dyslexia and require accommodations during the examination are required to upload a scanned copy of their dyslexic certificate in PDF format. The certificate should be issued by a competent authority and should be valid.
  • Relevant Annexure(s) : Depending on the candidate's category or requirements, additional documents or annexures may be required to be uploaded in PDF format. These documents should be relevant to the candidate's claim or application and should be issued by a competent authority.
