DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 2 Counselling Dates 2025DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 2 Counselling Dates 2025: The candidates who have not been allotted a seat or chosen upgradation in the CAP Round 1 are only eligible to participate in the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 2 counselling. The complete schedule for CAP round 2 is available on the official website, poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in . For the ease of candidates, the same has been provided below. The vacant seats for round 2 will be declared on July 16, 2025 . The option window will be opened from July 17 and will conclude on July 19, 2025. To fill out the choices, the candidates can put them in descending order for better admission chances. Based on these choices, the authority will publish the CAP round 2 provisional seat allotment on July 21, 2025.
Following that, the seat-allotted candidates must complete the self-reporting online by paying the required seat acceptance fee. After that, if they opt for Freeze, they must carry the necessary documents to the allotted institution and make the required admission formalities within the scheduled time.

As per the announcement, the authority will conduct the DTE Maharashtra counselling process in four rounds. Hence, if the candidates are not satisfied with the CAP Round 2 seat allotment result, they can upgrade it in the next round. Candidates already holding seats from Round 1 must choose between retaining their seats or participating in Round 2 for upgrades.
