According to the official timeline, the allotment results will be available from 5:00 PM onwards on the official website, csab.nic.in. Candidates can log in using their application number and password to check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment letter. The seat allocation will be carried out based on several criteria, including the candidate’s JEE Main 2025 rank, the preferences submitted, the reservation category, and the availability of seats in participating institutes.
Candidates who are allotted a seat must complete the online reporting procedure between
August 14 and August 16, 2025.
This includes document upload, payment of the seat acceptance fee, and selection of a willingness option- choosing to freeze the seat, float for a better choice in future rounds, or slide to a more preferred program within the same institute.
