BSEB OFSS Spot Admission 2025 Guidelines Released: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially released the guidelines for the OFSS Spot Admission 2025 for Intermediate (Class 12) courses on August 11, 2025. The spot admission date has been extended till August 18, 2025. The spot admission process is targeted at students who missed earlier merit list admissions or were unable to secure a seat despite applying. Registrations are being accepted through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) portal, i.e. ofssbihar.net, from August 4 to August 18, 2025. Eligible candidates must have passed their class 11th or +1 exams from recognised boards such as BSEB, CBSE, ICSE, or any state board.

Applicants are required to fill out the Common Application Form (CAF) online, entering accurate personal, academic, and reservation details. The application fee is fixed at Rs 350/- and is payable through debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, or e-challan. Only one mobile number and email ID are allowed per application. Students are advised to carefully select their preferred colleges, as these choices are considered final and cannot be altered once submitted.

Candidates can check below important instructions related to the released BSEB OFSS Spot Admission 2025 Guidelines:
  • Students interested in spot admission will meet the Principal and request for admission in the stream and subject in which the seat is vacant and the concerned Principal will enroll the students on the vacant seats.
  • Students who have passed from C.B.S.E, C.I.S.C.E and other boards can also get spot admission.
  • Students selected and enrolled in the first/ second/ third list under the OFSS enrollment process, who had given the option of slide-up after enrollment, but could not take final admission in the institute with slide-up, such students are informed that their earlier enrollment has been automatically cancelled and they will have to apply online again to take admission under spot enrollment, otherwise they will not be eligible to appear in the Intermediate Annual Examination 2027.
  • Those educational institutions where the enrollment of enrolled students could not be updated online due to certain technical and other reasons, such students will also be provided the facility to do online updating during the period of spot enrollment.
  • After enrollment every day, the concerned educational institutions will update the enrollment of each enrolled student on the OFSS Portal and will ensure the final online update of all enrolled students by August 19, 2025. In case the enrollment is not updated, the concerned Headmaster/ Principal will be held responsible for it.
