Seats are allotted based on rank, preferences, category, and availability. The seat allotment results for BITSAT 2025 Iteration 1 include an admit list and a waitlist, and subsequent iterations will fill the remaining seats. To check their BITSAT 2025 Iteration 1 allotment status, candidates can log in to the BITS admission portal. Candidates allotted seats must pay the acceptance fee by July 14, 2025, report to the BITS campus for document verification, and pay the admission fee to secure their spot. If they miss the deadline, their admission will be cancelled.

After the BITSAT 2025 Iteration 1 result, candidates have two options: 'Freeze' and 'Slide'. If satisfied with their seat allotment, candidates can choose the 'Freeze' option, which cancels all other preference options, and they won't be eligible for further iterations. A nominal fee is required to exercise this option. Alternatively, candidates can opt for the 'Slide' option if they want a better course within the same BITS campus. This option also requires a nominal fee, but candidates will remain eligible for further iterations.

The BITSAT 2025 counselling fee is Rs 1000, payable online via net banking, credit, debit card, or offline through cash at ICICI bank branches with a pay-in-slip. Payment is mandatory to participate in the counselling and admission process.
