The documents required for BCECE PGEAC M.Tech Admission 2025 are as follows:
- Candidates who have qualified through GATE must provide a valid GATE score card as proof of their performance. This document will be used for merit consideration where applicable.
- The official rank card issued for the PGEAC 2025 is mandatory. This document contains the candidate’s rank, which determines eligibility and priority during the counselling process.
- A copy of the matriculation (Class 10) passing certificate, marks sheet, or admit card must be submitted to verify the candidate’s date of birth and educational qualification at the secondary level.
- The Class 12 (Intermediate Science) passing certificate, marks sheet, or admit card is required to confirm higher secondary education qualifications and eligibility.
- Candidates must produce the final degree certificate or consolidated marks sheet of their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programme.
- If the qualifying degree marks are awarded in the form of CGPA, a formal conversion certificate issued by the concerned institution is required to indicate the equivalent percentage.
- A valid residence certificate , duly signed and issued by the appropriate Circle Officer, must be presented to confirm the candidate’s domicile status.
- For candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, or other reserved categories, a caste certificate is required to claim category benefits.
- Candidates must carry six recent passport-size photographs for official records and documentation during admission.
- A photocopy of the Aadhaar card is needed for identity verification and authentication purposes.
- Candidates are required to produce a printed copy of the online application form submitted for PGEAC 2025 .
