NUJS PhD is a 3 Years year program. The eligibility criteria for pursuing a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at The WB National University of Juridical Sciences in India require candidates to possess a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university. Additionally, applicants must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in their LL.M. degree. Candidates who have qualified for UGC-NET/JRF, SLET, or any other national level eligibility test are exempted from the entrance examination.
